SINCE Keith joined the club, Boro's profile has changed beyond all recognition.

A former local league footballer and a chartered accountant, he has overall responsibility for the running of the club and his job includes flying thousands of miles across the continents each year to sign players.

But it is the move from Ayresome Park to the Riverside Stadium which he selects as one of the most significant events in his time at the club.

"Moving to the Riverside was the catalyst for everything we have achieved during the last ten years," he says.
